Alignment Pin FT1012
Alignment Pin FT1012 by SMP are designed to make flange alignment safer, faster, and more efficient. Traditional alignment methods require hammering drift pins or using spud wrenches, which can be time-consuming and hazardous. With PETOL™ Flange Alignment Pins, users simply insert the first pin into a bolt hole, rotate it 180 degrees, then insert the second pin and rotate it 180 degrees to perfectly align the flange holes. Removal is just as simple—another 180-degree turn allows for easy hand removal. These alignment pins are available in various sizes, ranging from 3/8” to 3-5/8” bolt-hole diameters, with both standard and extra-long “L” versions for applications involving blinds between companion flanges. Constructed from 4140 heat-treated steel with a black oxide finish, this smp tool offer superior strength and corrosion resistance.
